At Castel Froma Neuro Care, our specialist neurological care centres are purpose built to meet the needs of individuals over the age of 18, with conditions that may include brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, progressive neurological conditions, and prolonged disorders of consciousness. We have two sites based in Leamington Spa- Lillington House and Helen Ley House. At both sites we provide rehabilitation, long term care, respite care and palliative care. We have a coordinated multidisciplinary team which includes nursing, care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy, dietetics, GPs, and consultants in neurological rehabilitation, who work alongside residents and their relatives to put the residents needs and wishes at the heart of everything we do.
