PJ Care is a private family run organisation, largely commissioned by the NHS. We provide specialist care and management of Residents with complex or profound disability following brain injury or progressive neurological disease.

PJ Care support individuals who have a diagnosed neurological condition such as dementia, Functional Neurological Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease and Motor Neuron Disease.

PJ Care are also able to support people who require Neuro rehabilitation due to Stroke, Functional Neurological Disorder, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome and Spinal Cord Injuries.

They offer nursing care, but our overall function is very different to a standard care home as our units are led by an in house multi-disciplinary team meeting the physical, communicative, cognitive, behavioural and psychosocial needs of those with complex neurological disabilities.
