Transitional Rehabilitation Units Ltd (TRU) are specialist rehabilitation facilities for people who have an Acquired Brain Injury; both residential and community outreach.

Providing client centred active rehabilitation, they also offer personal care (non nursing), Substance Detox Programmes, Detention under Mental Health Act, guided by a full compliment of clinical professionals.
